What are the ways to complete the order?

The Tryumf platform gives the possibility to order without registration, after logging in after prior registration, as well as by logging in with Facebook.

What is the lead time of the order?

We process orders in the shortest possible time. Most orders are 3 working days. Delivery time may be extended only during the season, i.e. in the months of April, May and June - the customer is informed each time.

Can I order without registering?

In our online store you can make purchases without registration. On the cart summary, you only enter the shipping information.

Will the prepared design be different from the final product?

We have made every effort to ensure that the visualization reflects the final effect of the product. However, due to the different resolutions of monitors and “falsification” of colors, the prepared project and its visualization may slightly deviate from the finished product.

How to cancel an order?

To cancel a placed order, send your instruction to the email address found in the CONTACT tab. We will inform you by e-mail about the implementation of the instruction.

What do the order statuses mean?

  1. Accepted - the order has been accepted and is currently being reviewed,
  2. Pending payment - we have not yet received payment for the order, make a transfer
  3. In process - the order has been completed and transferred to the warehouse
  4. Completed - your shipment is waiting to be picked up by a courier or has already been handed over to a courier, or is waiting for you at the salon,
  5. Canceled- order was removed due to lack of payment, email cancellation submitted,
  6. Closed- the order completed correctly, the shipment arrived at the addressee, a receipt or invoice was issued.

What is the EXPRES service?

The lead time for orders with engraving service is up to 3 working days, from the moment of sending the design or approval of the design made by our graphic designers. This time may be extended in case of accumulation of orders or high difficulty of the order or number of pieces in the order. Orders placed after 2 pm are treated as placed the following day. We process orders in two modes:


STANDARD - the service will be provided at the earliest the day after the order is placed; lead time up to 3 business days.br />
EXPRES - an order accepted for execution for the same working day, placed no later than 2 pm on a given day. The cost of executing an EXPRES order is added to the standard price of the service and includes two components: - +30% of the price of the engraving service - +30% of the price for graphic design - if needed for a given order. The cost of EXPRES service is not subject to discounts.


Ordering the EXPRES service requires each time consultation with an employee of the BOK to agree on the possibility of the service.


The company reserves the right to refuse an EXPRES order. The condition for the execution of an EXPRES order is the acceptance of the emailed graphic design within 20 minutes of its receipt from the graphic designer dealing with the order or sending your own ready-made design. If the project is not confirmed in the above-mentioned terms or there is no contact with the ordering party, the order will be executed in STANDARD mode.

To log in to the platform, just select the LOG IN button in the upper right corner of the site, enter the login and password provided at registration. The login is always the email address provided at registration for contact, and the password is set freely with security rules. The password established once can be changed through the function change password in the customer panel.

MY ACCOUNT is available to logged-in customers. There the customer will find a panel to manage his/her data, which he/she provided at registration, has the possibility to change the password and edit basic data or delivery addresses. Other tabs include order history, invoices, settlements, saved files and projects, as well as access to dedicated offers or discount coupons.

a) STANDARD - the service will be implemented at the earliest the day after the order is placed. The turnaround time of the order from the moment of acceptance of the design may be up to 3 working days. Orders with ready graphics are orders in which the graphic design is prepared by the customer and does not require Tryumf's graphic designer to intervene in the preparation of the design. The customer's sending of attachments with ready-made graphics may shorten the order processing time.

b) EXPRES - orders accepted for execution for the same working day, placed no later than 2 pm on a given day. - The cost of carrying out an EXPRES order is added to the standard price of the service and includes two components: +30% of the price of the engraving service (from the customer price after discount) +30% of the price of graphic design The cost of the EXPRES service is not subject to discounts. - Ordering EXPRES service requires each time consultation with an employee of the Customer Service Office in order to agree on the possibility of the service.

Decorating techniques - what are their characteristics, what do they look like?

COLOR PRINTING - is a technique characterized by high durability and perfect color reproduction. Their high resolution allows for unparalleled printing quality. The use of Luxorjet printer and eco-friendly inks allows to present deep shades, vivid colors on various types of surfaces and materials. As a standard, printing on glass trophies is carried out on the back sheet of glass, in the case of medals directly on the surface of the medal's reverse.

COLOR PRINTING WITHOUT SUBPRINT Printed design on selected statuette without white additional subprint; you can see and design and glass trophy, printed with transparent effect (stained glass).

COLOR PRINTING WITH WHITE SUBPRINT UNDER THE GRAPHIC - enhancing the effect of printing by adding a white backing on the back of the statuette under the graphic elements, the rest of the glass trophy is transparent.

FULL-COLOR PRINT WITH WHITE SUBPRINT ON THE ENTIRETY A technique that allows the entire back panel of a glass trophy to be covered with a white backing, as a result, the graphic can be seen very clearly on the front, and the white print on the back when inverted, there is no transparency effect.

LASER ENGRAVINGWe engrave vector graphics on the surface, both without and with ink filling. With specialized software, we are able to engrave photos. Engraving on glass is performed on the back sheet of glass, unless the engraving is filled with paint-then the service is performed on the front sheet of glass. In the case of a medal, the engraving is done on the laminate, which is then attached to the reverse of the medal.

LASER ENGRAVING WITH PAINT FILLING Filling with paint in the selected color all or selected elements of the design previously engraved with laser. Eco-friendly, durable paints are perfect for filling engraved graphics, such as logos. The applied effect will make the trophy stand out when handed over, give it an individual and unique character. Technical limitations: required distance between colors min. 5mm.

2D ENGRAVING Transferring a flat design inside the glass, such as a photo, text, drawing, logo or graphic.
